Hire fee is £12.50 per hour (min hire two hours), plus a separate deposit of £25 to be paid when booking the hall (refundable after the hire, as long as no damages to the hall).
– The hall must be left in a clean and tidy order
– Any equipment used should be put back where it came from and any breakages reported
– Rubbish must be placed in the correct recycling bins on the car park
– All bookings are provisional until they are paid for in full
Please make any cheques payable to Darnhall Village Hall.
If any of the following are found a charge will be made to the hirer, the hall is left untidy, equipment not put away properly, broken equipment found, rubbish not recycled properly or large amounts left by the bins.
