Regulation 15 Submission to Local Authority

• The Darnhall Neighbourhood Development Plan (submission version June 2020) (including a map of the area)
• Basic conditions statement (June 2020)
• Consultation Statement and Appendix 1 (June 2020)
• The Strategic Environmental Assessment and Habitats Regulation Assessment Screening Determination for the Darnhall Neighbourhood Plan.​

On 29 September 2020 Cheshire West and Chester Council confirmed :-

• Receipt of the Darnhall Neighbourhood Development Plan and associated documents in accordance with the requirements of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended) (Regulation 15). 
• That Darnhall Parish Council has complied with the regulations in terms of the preparation of the plan proposal, the pre-submission consultation, and arrangements for the plan proposal submission to Cheshire West and Chester Council.
• The Neighbourhood Plan and supporting documents have been reviewed and are considered to meet the relevant legal and procedural requirements. As such Cheshire West and Chester Council will publicise the Darnhall Neighbourhood Development Plan for a minimum period of 6 weeks.
