Terms & Conditions

Hire fee is £12.50 per hour (min hire two hours), plus a separate booking fee of £25 to be paid when booking the hall, refundable after the hire provided the following is in place.

The hall must be left in a clean and tidy order
Any equipment used should be put back where it came from and any breakages reported
Rubbish must be placed in the correct recycling bins on the car park
All bookings are provisional until they are paid for in full

Payments can be made by cash/cheque (made payable to ‘Darnhall Parish Council’)/BACS Payment (Darnhall Parish Council Account Number 85039020 60-15-29)

If any of the following are found a charge will be made to the hirer:

The hall is left untidy
Equipment not put away properly
Broken equipment found
Rubbish not recycled properly
Large amounts left by the bins.

Dimensions: 11.8m Long x 7.3m Wide.

The rods are 2.5m High and approx. 4m apart

Opening Hours: Sunday – Thursday – 8am to 10pm Friday, Saturday & Bank Holidays – 8am to 11pm
