December 2020 Uodate

The Reg 16 stage – Public Consultation by CWaC on our Submitted Neighbourhood Plan has now concluded.
​Comments received by CWaC will be considered by the Independent Examiner who has been appointed to undertake the examination of the Darnhall Neighbourhood Plan.

At the conclusion of that process the Examiner may make modifications to the plan and once any changes are applied the Local Authority will organise a referendum for Darnhall residents to vote on the Plan.

October 2020 Update

​The Darnhall Neighbourhood Plan and supporting documents have been reviewed by Cheshire West and Chester Council and are considered to meet the relevant legal and procedural requirements. As such, the Local Authority will publicise the Darnhall Neighbourhood Development Plan for a minimum period of 6 weeks.

This period will commence on Monday 12th October 2020 and conclude on Monday 30th November 2020.

Please note that due to the current restrictions, CWaC are requesting that comments are submitted by email wherever possible.
However if you are unable to access email a printed copy of the response form can be provided – Please contact Darnhall Parish Councillor Richard Strachan on 07584 240004 & he will arrange for you to be provided with a printed copy of the form.

Hard copies of the proposed neighbourhood plan will also be available from Winsford library during the consultation period:
